For BAC equipment, your local representative can assist you in requesting a copy of the technical file which is archived at the Baltimore Aircoil factory. A preventive maintenance schedule for your cooling tower should have been provided by your cooling tower manufacturer when the equipment was installed. For BAC cooling equipment we can assist you in retrieving those documents in case you lost them. Should you need assistance in setting up a preventive maintenance programmes, BAC has experienced and fully trained servicemen in house to carry out regular scheduled maintenance. Contact your local BAC representative for more information on scheduled maintenance programmes.

Under the standard factory warranty, BAC covers parts that fail during the warranty period due to defect in the part. The warranty does not cover labor. A warranty is specific to the model numbers, serial numbers, and the BAC Balticare maintenance services that may have been provided in your original contract. If you cannot find your warranty certificate, your local BAC representative should be able to provide you with the information.
